Due to the nature of my work being commission based, I do not offer refunds. If you're truly unhappy with your commission, I offer up to two revisions. After that if you're still not satisfied, I can recommend a couple of other artists who's work you might like.
All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on location and country fees. All orders of original artworks will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Any commissioned orders will take 2-4 weeks, depending on my queue. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. If the product is delivered with any damage, please immediately report the issue to me.
When you buy an original piece of artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical object. The copyright remains with Tatiana Roberts & Shop Dog Studio. You may not rework or reproduce the artwork unless given written permission from Tatiana Roberts & Shop Dog Studio. All rights to the artwork is owned by Tatiana Roberts & Shop Dog Studio, including the right to make reproductions.
